SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and fulfilled on-demand to avoid overproduction. Once your order is placed, it takes 2–5 business days to craft, embroider, and prepare your items for shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times:
• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days after fulfillment.
• European Union: 3–15 business days after fulfillment (depending on your country's location).
• Rest of the World: 7–20 business days after fulfillment.

Shipping Rates:
Standard Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. 

Tracking:
As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by shipping carriers (Royal Mail, DHL, DPD) and are not strictly guaranteed. Customs processing or local transit delays are outside of our control.
